We found a lovely secluded spot on Lake Havasu where we can easily get down to the water. It's almost like a pond by itself because it's behind the marshes that line this part of the Lake and it's used for kayaks and canoes to pull out. There is a little beachy area and the water gradually deepens so we can go in the water. The birds, coots and frogs love it and they sing continuously. Such a peaceful place ... I think we'll be spending some nice times here.
Isn't it lovely? The water is so clear you can see the stones on the bottom.
The area is called Castle Rock for this rock. Doesn't really look like a castle to me but I'm not complaining.
I love quiet, serene places ...
And this fits the bill.
