There's Gold in Them Thar Hills

Finally!!  We found some specks of gold!  My husband is a happy camper now and so is his friend, Mark -- and Angel, too.

Itsy bitsy ... but it's gold.

We found specks but Mark found a flake!

I'm not much into digging in the desert dirt but the scenery is unique and interesting ... so I spend time with my camera.  And if I happen upon a nugget just lying there waiting for me ... yipee!!
